Description

To be Responsible for individual targets by way of servicing the event needs of the existing clients & upselling to them.

To ensure seamless client interfacing and project management, with a focus on the timely completion of interim and major deadlines.
To contribute to the analytical and creative thought process in new business development pitches and ongoing projects.
Meeting up with clients to get a brief on their brand presence & need for consumer connect.
Researching on the brand to get information on brand essence, competition, past consumer connect programs, etc.
Presentation of the brief to the concept team, work with the creative team for ideation & conceptualizing.
Presentation of the idea to the client so as to communicate the idea in an effective manner.
Interact with the Production team to ensure effective execution.
Lead & guide the team for effective planning, brand understanding & ideation.
To be able to build relationships at senior levels.
To maintain Good client contacts in the corporate sector
To have Strong presentation skills
To plan and execute a creative and structured approach to concept selling and client relationship management.
To maintain a database of artists and entertainment options and to source them.
To make a list of prospective clients and pursue them.
To Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business
To plan and approach pitches
To build relationships with new clients.
To achieve daily, monthly, quarterly and annual targets.

A minimum Experience of 3 years of working with a reputed event management company is a must.

Salary:
From ₹25,000.00 per month
