Description

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads or databases.

Introduce our Web development and Digital Marketing Solutions and explain their benefits to potential clients.
Engage in meaningful conversations to identify clients' needs and offer tailored solutions.
Qualify leads based on specific criteria and set up appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to convert them into clients.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve collective goals and targets.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings to effectively address client inquiries.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call quotas and conversion metrics.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, enthusiastic demeanor.
Ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients over the phone.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Persistent and goaloriented with a strong desire to achieve targets.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Knowledge of [industry/niche] and our Web development and Digital Marketing Solutions is a plus.
High school diploma; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
