Female Sales Executive - Real Estate Consultant

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our real estate properties, including their features, benefits, pricing, and availability.
- Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct property tours and showcase units to prospective buyers, highlighting their unique selling points and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their preferences, requirements, and budget constraints.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to ensure a mutually beneficial outcome for both the client and the company.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and strategies to attract potential buyers.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process to provide updates and address any issues.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales transactions, client interactions, and inventory status using CRM software.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company, demonstrating consistent performance and achievement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-making.
- Strong negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach and the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer proficiency.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate client appointments and events.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati is required, with proficiency in other regional languages considered an advantage.
