Description

Responsibilities:


  • Qualify leads through strategic questioning, active listening, and thorough research to determine their fit for SAAS platform.
  • Educate potential customers about the features, benefits, and unique selling points of solutions, positioning it as the ideal solution for their business needs.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects to ensure ongoing engagement and progression through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team, providing them with wellqualified leads and supporting them in closing deals.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to effectively position in the US market.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversion.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience as an SDR or in a similar sales role, preferably in the SAAS industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sales prospecting techniques and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with prospects.
  • Selfmotivated and driven to achieve targets, with a strong work ethic and a resultsoriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹60, ₹90,000.00 per month
