Provision of Key Responsibilities 1. Provision of information concerning choice of degree, career paths, and admission requirements with regards to different institutions.

• Providing information to choose the best universities according to their profile.
• Timely entry data to CRM portals.
• Provide a personal global career strategy customized to their needs.
• Ensure students attain success in their chosen career path
• Ensuring meeting the sales/ revenue assigned.
• Coordinating with Admission Department for the student admission timely with regular dues. 8. Attending the University training & workshops
• 9. Establishing and maintaining excellent rapport with prospective students by adding value services.
• Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising customers on their overseas education and visa needs.
• Conduct events in house for Spot Assessments when University delegates visits.
• Should be able to conduction presentation in the board room to students.

Requirement 1. Preferably with at least 3 years of work experience for Senior Counselors from same industry

• 2. Sound knowledge of visa requirements and processes for multiple countries USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Germany, Singapore Europe etc.
• Should have knowledge of the entire process and requirements for study abroad Universities, degrees, Eligibility Tests, processes etc.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with people at all levels.
• Excellent fluency in English and the local language Communication (both written & verbal)
