• Greet customers warmly as they enter the showroom and establish a friendly and professional rapport.
• Assist customers in their jewellery selection by understanding their preferences and providing product knowledge.
• Showcase a variety of jewellery pieces to customers, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
• Guide customers through the purchase process, including providing information on pricing, payment options, and any ongoing promotions.
• Collaborate with customers to identify suitable pieces for special occasions or gifts, offering expert advice on styling and matching.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner, striving to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Operate the pointofsale system accurately to process transactions, handle cash, and issue receipts.
• Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the showroom displays, ensuring that all jewellery is presented attractively and orderly.
• Assist in inventory management, including restocking displays, conducting regular stock checks, and reporting discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Keep abreast of current jewellery trends, product knowledge, and industry developments to enhance customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the showroom.
• Uphold the company's values and represent the brand professionally at all times.

• Intermediate / 12th or equivalent; additional education or training in sales, customer service, or jewelleryrelated fields is a plus.
• Prior experience in a similar role within the jewellery, luxury, or retail industry is advantageous.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse customers.
• Strong customer service orientation, focusing on creating memorable and positive shopping experiences.
• A keen eye for detail and aesthetics, with the ability to offer styling suggestions and advice to customers.
