Research, ideate, and work on new collection concepts.
Work closely with the merchandise and business teams to understand the performance of your designs, and get aligned on design gaps and opportunities.
Mentor and guide the design team. You will also build a network of freelance designers and work with them to come up with fresh ideas.
Conduct user testing and interviews to make design improvements and innovations, or solve problems. Closely work with merchandising team and CAD team for inhouse designs
You've been designing jewellery for the last 23years
You love research as much as you love design & art
You love to connect your designs to stories and can articulate them well both in words and pictures.
You are highly detail oriented and that shows in your sketches, renders, and spec sheets
You can't 'not stop and stare' when walking past or browsing beautiful jewellery
You like to hear feedback from customers (internal and external) and are willing to adapt your designs basis the business requirement
You are a gogetter, always up for new challenges
You are fair and open in your dealings with people
