  • Tele sales Executive****Job Description:

- *
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain positive and longlasting relationships with customers, addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have.
  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product.
  • Answer questions about products or the company
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Qualifications & Preference:


  • Minimum qualification 12th
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
