Talent Acquisition

Roles and responsibilities include:


  • Drafting JDs
  • End to end Recruitment and Selection.
  • Coordinating with Hiring managers and work on vacancies.
  • Induction for New Employees
  • Maintaining attendance and leave details.
  • Handling Onboarding and Induction procedure for new recruits
  • Handling Exit formalities.
  • Assist Senior HR with HR operations

Skills Required:


  • Proficient in MS Office Package
  • Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power point, Microsoft outlook
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Quick learner.
  • Basic Canva

Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
