Mapplinks is currently seeking a dynamic individual to take on the role of E-commerce Meta Ads Specialist and contribute to our innovative digital marketing strategies.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the development, configuration, and oversight of E-commerce advertising campaigns across various platforms, with a specific focus on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads.

What we're looking for:

• Proven track record in performance marketing, particularly within the Ecommerce sector.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, grasp metrics, and derive actionable insights.
• Experience with ad management tools, analytics platforms, and UTM tracking.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, fostering a positive team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including creative, content, and UX, to align ad assets with our brand and ensure their compelling nature.
• Implement A/B testing strategies to identify the most effective ads.
• Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns, ad sets, and individual ads to ensure they meet KPIs and objectives.
• Allocate, manage, and optimize advertising budgets to ensure effective spend across all platforms.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in performance marketing, competitor strategies, and the broader digital marketing landscape.
• Create and present performance reports on a regular basis, keeping the team informed.
• Take charge of daily conversion volumes from all ad channels, ensuring alignment with business targets.
• Contribute to strategic growth initiatives and brainstorming sessions within the Growth team.
• Proactively identify and leverage new creative ideas, incorporating innovation into campaign approaches.

From ₹20,000.00 per month
