• Processing Sales Orders in SAP for India (Indent, Transit Re-Sales, High Seas)
• Processing of Credit & Debit Notes
• Tracking of Orders and sending regular updates to Customers and Sales Team
• Handling Letter of Credits (including verification) and other Bank payments (Local and International)
• Coordinate with Customers, Sales Team, Source, Logistics, Forwarders for dispatch of Orders and vessel bookings
• Coordinate with Sales Team regarding Forecasts and demand planning
• Handle and Resolve Customer Complaints or escalate the same to the concerned team as per Business process / policy. Proper Tracking of Complaints
• Verification of Shipping documents & Banking documents to ensure correctness and accuracy.
• Local Price Conversion
• Ensure no noncompliance case on import/export shipment or order handling
• Business Warehouse (BW) reports
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned
