Job Description Summary:


As part of the Legal Department, you will provide support across a variety of functions in the legal department depending on the need.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the legal ops function and the entire legal team in being more organized and productive.
  • Support the corporate team in managing vendor agreements and filing materials in our contract management system.
  • Supporting the commercial function where needed to help update customer contract records, process orders and respond to customer onboarding questions.
  • Support our compliance work in a variety of ways, including by updating and maintaining vendors in our third party risk management and data privacy programs.
  • Support the intellectual property team with form review, invoice processing, and intellectual property portfolio updating.
  • Manage recordkeeping for the corporate, commercial, intellectual property and compliance teams.
  • Support and collaborate with attorneys from the Legal Department and various businesses.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree with Paralegal Certificate.
  • Experience working as a corporate paralegal across a range of fields and disciplines.
  • Proficiency in contract storage systems, DocuSign, Salesforce, and related software.
  • Extremely process driven and focused.
  • Strong attention to detail and impeccable organizational skills.
  • Strong ability to monitor or assess current processes and procedures in order to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Experience working in a compliance function in software company preferred.
  • Must be selfmotivated, responsive and enthusiastic, with the ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues in the U.S., Europe, the U.K., India and throughout the world.
  • Indepth knowledge of corporate and contractual legal terminology, practices and principles.
  • Willingness to learn new industry regulations and processes.
