Position Overview:

As the Retail Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of our diverse business units.

Reporting to the General Manager(GM), you will be responsible for overseeing operational processes, optimizing efficiency, and contributing to the overall success of Dream Group International.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise the daily operations of our departmental stores, supermarkets, and restaurants.
Collaborate with departmental heads and store managers to streamline operational processes and ensure consistency.
Monitor inventory levels, supply chain logistics, and stock control to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain highquality service and customer satisfaction.
Lead a team of operational staff, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure performance targets are met.
Work closely with the COO and department heads to develop and manage budgets and financial plans.
Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement among operational teams.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and HR, to drive companywide initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business management, operations management, or a related field ( degree in Administration preferred).
Proven experience in an operational management role, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent organizational and problemsolving abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets and control costs.
Proficiency in standard office software and operational management tools.
Commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
