Key Responsibilities:

Equipment Operation: Operate various machinery and equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) to facilitate production processes.

Process Monitoring: Monitor production parameters, such as temperature, pressure, flow rates, and levels, to ensure optimal performance and product quality.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and participate in safety training and drills.

Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or operational issues, making adjustments or performing minor repairs as needed to minimize downtime.

Maintenance Tasks: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting equipment, to prevent breakdowns and ensure proper functioning.

Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on finished products or materials, following quality control guidelines, and report any deviations or defects to supervisors.

Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, supplies, and finished products, and communicate with procurement or logistics teams to replenish as necessary.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities, equipment maintenance, and inventory transactions, and complete production reports or logs as required.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other plant personnel, including supervisors, technicians, and operators, to achieve production targets and resolve operational issues.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, waste reduction, and cost savings, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives or projects.

Pay:
