Service Operations of Alfa Laval MEA is looking for a Service Coordinator experienced handling Contracts / Service / Performance agreements, to be located in Pune, India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate Service agreement contracts for Middle East and South & East Africa.
  • Liaise with customers in order to plan and coordinate the service jobs in accordance with their requirements
  • Planning and daily management of service engineers work schedules.
  • Manage engineers' further actions/leads from service reports.
  • Ensure that jobs are executed according to importance in close cooperation with Team Managers
  • Ensure timely control of order backlog and credit queries and booking the service hours in the relevant ERP systems.
  • Monitoring of special tools, certifications and vaccinations etc.
  • Monitor and effectively utilize FSE''s on Service agreement jobs.
  • Act as a mentor for FSE in competence development programs.
  • Full ownership on effective management of Service agreements across the region and achieving forecasted hours to actual utilized hours.
  • Inventory management on spares associated with Service agreement orders.
  • Talking partner with FSE coordinator, Sales, Order handler, FSE and customer in Service agreement job execution.
  • Perform as Field Service Coordinator role for Middle East and Africa on ADHOC projects and vacation cover of respective coordinators
  • Support service operations in adhoc initiatives and field service transformational initiatives.
  • Participate in training programs, conferences, meetings etc.
  • Schedule meeting with Sales / BU Managers and discuss on the progress / delays on Service agreement execution and take appropriate actions.
  • Reporting / analysis of service agreement data and present to management when required.
Further, good communication skills in English, spoken and written are essential along expertise in Microsoft Office products.

The position is located in Alfa Laval India Pvt LTD, Reporting to Regional Field Service Manager located in Dubai.

  • Experience in Project management / coordination handling a team of technical staffs.
  • Fluent in English verbal and written.
  • Experience in leading technical teams in a remote environment.
  • Good crosscultural communication skills.
  • Experience from working in an international context and across borders with colleagues and customers from other cultures.
  • Good reporting skills.
  • Experience of working in CRM systems and planning tools.
  • Data analytical skills, advanced Excel and Power BI will be an added advantage
Background

  • A Graduate in Engineering / Business or any equivalent discipline.
  • Minimum 45 years in relevant field
  • High business analytical and presentation skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
