    Description

    Job Description & Responsibilities:

    • Conceptualize & execute creative & impactful social media content strategies across social media channels like Instagram, Facebook, keeping in mind the brand's user experience & brand guidelines
    • Create original content in various formats that builds meaningful connections and encourages follower engagement
    • Create SEO-friendly content on a timely basis
    • Design and develop website's architecture as well as building new features and functionalities
    • Analyzing website performance and troubleshooting errors
    • Handling the backend of the website
    • Tracking website traffic and lead generation
    • Ideate, implement and manage social media campaigns and strategies
    • Work on ideation & execution of trending posts, and reels
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and practices
    • Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using analytics tools
    • Manage posts/stories/reels, etc. as per the content calendar for the month
    • Create and manage a pool of brand influencers and ambassadors to increase & improve brand advocacy
    • Coordinating internal marketing and an organization's culture
    • Help in automation, email campaigns, influencer activities, planning events, and much more

    Skill(s) Required:

    • Proven work experience as a WordPress Specialist
    • Knowledge of SEO and its execution
    • Experience with content creation and management
    • Experience working with various writing, design, and analytics tools
    • Content writing
    • Basic knowledge of designing (preferred)
    • Social media marketing
    • Creativity
    • Adaptability
    • An eye for detail
    • Ability to manage projects
    • Good organization and planning skills
    • Commercial awareness
    • The ability to work well under pressure
