We have immediate requirement for the position of Marketing Executives in our company for Hyderabad location.


Responsibilities and Duties:

• Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice.
• Schedule and conduct site visits and regular follow up with the clients.
• Ability to handle customer queries and grievances
• Negotiating the terms of agreement and closing sales
• Conducting surveys to identify price of competing properties on the housing market.
• Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems
• Reaching the targets and setting goals, establishing, maintaining, and expanding the client base.
• Visiting potential customers for new business

Qualification and Skills:

• Any graduate with minimum 12 years of experience in marketing.
• Must have excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, a pleasant personality and an analytical bent of mind.
• A deep understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
• Must be a selfmotivated team player who can get the best out of his team members.
• Good knowledge in Computer like MS office, Internet
