Description
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs- Determine selection criteria
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and inperson interviews
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
- Lead employer branding initiatives
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
Salary:
₹10, ₹50,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
- Yearly bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai , Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
Experience:
- Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
