Job Overview:

As a Chef at Khana Khazana, you will be an integral part of our culinary team, responsible for creating exceptional and memorable dining experiences.

This role requires a passion for culinary excellence, creativity, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:


Menu Creation:

  • Collaborate with Chef to design and develop innovative and unique menus that showcase culinary expertise.
  • Ensure that all dishes meet the high standards set by Chef in terms of taste, presentation, and quality.

Food Preparation:

  • Execute culinary creations in line with Chef's vision, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.
  • Oversee the preparation, cooking, and plating of dishes to meet the highest culinary standards.

Ingredient Sourcing:

  • Work closely with suppliers to source the finest and freshest ingredients for all dishes.
  • Maintain relationships with local vendors to ensure a consistent supply of highquality products.

Kitchen Management:

  • Implement and enforce hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.

Event Catering:

  • Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute catering for special events hosted by Chef.
  • Customize menus to meet the specific requirements of each event.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other members of the culinary team, including sous chefs and line cooks, to maintain a cohesive and productive kitchen environment.

Quality Control:

  • Conduct regular tastings to ensure the quality and consistency of all dishes.
  • Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Chef in a highend or renowned culinary setting.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification.
  • Strong creativity and passion for culinary arts.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing menu requirements and event needs.

Salary:
₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
