As clinic receptionist at DERMA Luxe Cosmetology Clinic, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our patients.

• Greet patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Answer phone calls and address inquiries.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments, ensuring optimal utilization of the facility's resources.
• Verify and update patient information in the electronic health records system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

• Collect copayments and procedure payments accurately.
• Handle medical records requests.
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and maintain filing systems.
• Provide general administrative support to the healthcare team as needed.

• Act as a liaison between patients and doctor.
• Ensure patients are comfortable while waiting and that their needs are met promptly.
• Address patient concerns or inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment.

• Previous experience as clinic receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records and scheduling software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with composure and professionalism.
