Onsite Client Account Executive:
- Qualification:_ Preferably an Engineer with MBA
- Job Location:_ PUNE

Job Opportunity:_
- Opportunity to be posted at one of the leading names in the Pipes Manufacturing Industry in Pune
- Chance to build oneself as an Account Manager (the client has multiple group companies) as it is the most trusted manufacturer in the country.
- Building learning on spend categorization and spend optimization leveraging technology.
- Opportunity to work with some of the leading strategic consultants
- On Site support to client to support transaction leveraging technology
- Guiding & supporting client for better utilization of services offered by the organization.
- Need to handle vendor training independently
- Conduct Auctions as and when requested by group companies and coordinate with Client to understand the requirement to analyze if it is the right category suitable for Auctions
- Create different strategies for handling different category auction as per client requirement
- Study spend analysis of each company and suggest categories for which they can initiate auctions
- Creation of daily and monthly report for the client and the organization for keeping track on savings and optimum utilization of software
- Prepare progress chart or usage tracker and keep client SPOC updated on daily or fortnightly basis
- Follow up with SPOCs/users to maintain average monthly usage auction counts.
- Analyze existing process followed by client and based on the analysis introduce new modules to concerned stake holder in each group companies
- Discuss strategy with management, support and sales team for increasing usage of existing modules and introducing new modules to group companies
- Learning new releases/modules of software and work along with support/sales team for effective introduction of new modules to group companies
- Prioritizing and escalating issues when needed and keeping customers informed of progress.
- Appropriate internal communication with Tech Dept, Marketing & the Management
- Ensuring highest Customer Satisfaction through appropriate handling of Customer Complaints & Suggestions
Essential Skills:_
- Excellent Communication skills (In terms of verbal & written for client & Internal communication).
- Good command on Ms Office Products (Excel, Power Point and Word)
- Strong relationship management skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- High Maturity & Patience level
- Best practices. You are always looking for ways to make things better, faster and more streamlined both for customers and internally
Add on Skills:_
- Industry Knowledge (Basic knowledge of procurement process(s))
- Basic Understanding of E-Auctions would be preferable
- Hands on experience of support or project management tools
- Basic knowledge of ERP (SAP
- Material Management Module)

Salary:
₹50, ₹62,500.00 per month
