Description
**Duties and Responsibilities:- *
- Brand image, brands product portfolio client servicing (kyc) to be well adopted executed within the admin circle. what the customer wants to reach them with a solution is the ultimate brands goal.
- Managing all accounting transactions handling monthly, quaterly annual closing statements
- Reconciliation of banking transactions, also accounts payable receivable timely bank payments if any
- Publish financial statements in time budget forecasts as on requirements
- Compute taxes prepare monthly, quaterly annual tax returns.
- Audit financial transactions documents as on requirements
- Managing company balance sheets profit loss statements. timely reports on companys financial health liquidity.
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality conduct database backups when necessary
- Daily work reports weekly review meetings
- Team participation to achieve goals
Experience / Skills / Key result areas:
- Minimum experience of 2 years on accounting
- Tally erp 9.0 accounting systems experience
- Data analytics study presentation
- Gst practisioner
- Taxes Compliances
Reporting to/from:
- Reporting to be done to the admin circle department head (if any) as per sops also our company ceo
- Reporting receivable from internal supply chain management / operations team.
