Description
Job description will involve but not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Installation of OS (Ubuntu, Windows) and maintenance of company assets including laptops, headphones, printers, mouse, etc.
- Monitor and resolve internet connectivity related issues.
- Proper allocation of assets like laptop to employees based on the work category.
- Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization, Create and verify backups of data.
- Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes
- Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues
- Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure.
- Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
- Ability to maintain and update company information on relevant portals as per requirement.
- Responsible for capacity, storage planning, and database performance.
- Technical support for both hardware and software issues our user systems
- Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns
- Administer infrastructure, including firewalls, VPN configurations, malware protection software and other processes.
- Install and test computer-related equipment.
- Provide remote support to end users
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating Systems.
- Good Knowledge of DHCP, DNS, WDS, SFTP, ADDS.
- Proficient understanding of fundamental networking concepts and protocols such as VLAN/PVLAN, STP, IP subnetting and routing.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Assembling computers, adding hardware accessories as per requirement.
- Analyze and evaluate new technologies.
- Resolving queries related to IT Equipment and softwares.
- An analytical mind.
- A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data.
- Deadline-orientated and an ability to stick to time constraints.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience

- Nagpur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- total work: 6 years (preferred)
