Job Title:
Computer Hardware/Software Repair Technician

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Diagnosis and Repair:
Identify and resolve hardware and software issues in desktops, laptops, and other computer systems. Replace or repair faulty components and install necessary drivers and software updates.

2.

Maintenance:

Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal performance of computer systems, including cleaning, updating, and upgrading hardware and software as needed.

4.

Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of all repairs, parts used, and customer interactions. Generate repair reports and maintain an accurate inventory of spare parts and components.

6.

Customer Service:
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customers are well-informed about the repair process, estimated costs, and expected completion times. Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.

7.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct quality control checks to ensure that repaired systems are functioning correctly and meet quality standards before returning them to customers.

8.

Problem Solving:
Analyze complex hardware and software issues, research solutions, and implement effective problem-solving techniques to resolve technical problems efficiently.

9.

Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on the latest hardware and software technologies and industry trends. Attend training sessions and workshops to improve skills and knowledge.

Qualifications and Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. A relevant technical certification or associate's degree in computer science or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in computer hardware and software repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and other computer peripherals.
Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
Time management skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
The flexibility to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends.

Salary:
Up to ₹12,000.00 per month
