As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and acquiring top-tier talent to contribute to our company's continued success.


Responsibilities:


Recruitment Strategy:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company's talent needs.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and create job descriptions.


Sourcing and Networking:
Utilize various channels for talent sourcing, including job portals, social media, professional networks, and industry events.

Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders.


Interview Coordination:

Employer Branding:
Actively promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent.

Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to enhance the company's online presence.


Data Management:

Collaboration:
Work closely with HR, hiring managers, and department heads to understand workforce planning and recruitment needs.

Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment progress to management.


Compliance:
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in manufacturing or related industries.

Proven track record of successfully recruiting for various roles, including technical positions.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
