Short Description

The TA Manager will be responsible for building and developing a highperforming recruiting team to support Hero MotoCorp aggressive growth plans.
The incumbent will partner with business leaders to identify and strategize their hiring needs through Employee Referral Program for Pan India.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a Employee Referral hiring strategy based on the headcount forecasting and plan for employee referral resources appropriately.
Proposing an aggressive, yet achievable staffing plans to the hiring teams.
Build a strong relationship with the hiring teams to ensure hiring targets are achieved.
Implement new processes and refine existing processes in recruiting that fit within company mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
Collaborate with internal teams to drive overall recruiting efficiency.
Skills Information
Must be able to interface with all levels of senior management, competencybased interview experience an advantage.
Excellent business judgment and time management skills.
Ability to Influence leaders in taking decisions for the organization.
Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to create and develop measures for operational efficiency.
Should be able to independently work on critical open positions.
Good in communication skills along with the ability to articulate effectively.
