Sales Outreach:
Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products or services.

Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and effectively communicate how our products or services can address those needs.

Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge about our offerings to provide accurate information and answer customer inquiries.

Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback to the sales team and management regarding customer preferences, market trends, and sales strategies.
