Description

• Counsel the clients with upgraded immigration information, Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration visa laws & policies. Pertaining to their profile and the chances of immigration.
• Prepare action plans and schedules to meet specific targets assigned,
• Regular followup on inquiries, Follow up new leads and referrals resulting from day to day activity.
• Identify sales prospects and contact prospects.
• Responsible for meeting monthly sales targets by converting leads and inquiries.
• Customer Satisfaction through assessing student feedback
• Keeping clients uptodate with their immigration status and communicating any foreseeable delays

• 12 years of work experience as a Sales Executive or Immigration Sales Counselor.
• Little bit knowledge of the immigration laws, procedures, and other requirements. Rest we will cover in 1 week training
• Understanding of travel laws and regulations
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Detailoriented and research driven individual
• Ability to handle stressful situations
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to offer excellent customer service
