    To oversee and manage all aspects of Civil Site Engineering to ensure the successful completion of refinery construction projects on time and within budget.

    Lead the civil engineering team in planning, and execution of refinery construction projects, including site development.

    Conduct site visits and inspections to assess construction progress, identify potential issues or risks, and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain project schedule and quality standards.

    Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and procurement activities to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

    Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.

    Qualification and Experience Full time bachelor's degree in respective discipline.
  • Minimum 15 years of overall experience with minimum 3 years of experience of working as Lead Engineer/Area Manager/Superintendent in Oil & Gas Sector and Chemicals.
  • Must have completed one project working as Lead Engineer for EPCM/PMC Consultant
