Role Overview:


As a Voice Process Assistant, you'll be the voice of our company, interacting with clients and customers over the phone to provide top-notch support.

Your clear and friendly communication skills will be key in resolving inquiries, handling concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


  • Answering incoming calls and addressing customer queries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Providing accurate and timely information about our products/services.
  • Assisting customers in troubleshooting issues and offering solutions.
  • Documenting call details and maintaining records in our systems.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Striving to exceed performance targets and maintaining highquality service standards.

Salary:
₹13, ₹18,000.00 per month
