Purpose of this Role


The purpose of daycare incharge of daycare and preschool is to manage the daily operations of the center and ensure that the children are provided with a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment.

Some of the responsibilities of the daycare in charge may include:


Job Description of Daycare Incharge

  • Receive the Children as per our new security guidelines circulated in the Group last week from the School Gate.
Children are to be received and handed over back to Parents as per ID Cards.

  • Pantry
  • Make sure Food is ready at least 15 minutes before each mealtime, Food should be properly cooked and pantry is kept clean at all times
  • Be soft with all the children and always receive children with a smiling face.
  • 4 Housekeeping Rounds along with Didi Incharge
  • Update on the LIL TRinagle App for all the Daycare related activities.
  • Making sure all the children eat meals on time.
  • Making sure Children go to the washroom on a regular frequency.
  • In the event of a diaper change, the same should be updated on the LIL Triangle App.
  • Make sure NO children are having wet diapers at any time during their stay at JHS and especially at the time of dispersal.
  • In the event any child is having fever, the same should be immediately informed to Center Head. No medicine is to be given to any child, without taking approval from the center head.
  • Make sure all the belongings of daycare children are checked at the time of receiving and handover back to
Parents.

  • Make sure all the children remain engaged in their respective activities and there should not be any quarrels etc amongst children.
  • Adhoc daycare cards must be updated to keep proper accounts of the time spent in the daycare for children who have opted for Adhoc services.
  • Supervising and training staff: The incharge is responsible for hiring, training, and supervising the staff members who work in the daycare or preschool. This includes providing ongoing feedback, coaching,
  • Communicating with parents: The incharge is responsible for communicating with parents about their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns or issues that arise
  • Managing the

School Resources:
The incharge is responsible for managing the center's budget and resources optimally. E.g. No lights / Fans / AC should be kept on if there is no one in the room.

  • Children should not occupy all the rooms which will require
AC / lights and Fans to be kept on. There should be about - 10 kids in one room. which is optimum occupancy in the room during daycare/ school hours


Job Types:

Contract length: 6 months

Part-time hours: 40 per week


Salary:
₹6, ₹12,000.00 per month
