Description
Responsible for managing a team of 10-15 business development executives- Responsible for achievement of business targets by the team in the allotted territory as per prescribed criteria
- Responsible for sourcing customers (Retailers, Traders, Showrooms, etc.) for business loans
- Ensure collection of necessary documentation from customers for loan processing, performing necessary background & market checks, maintaining relationship with customers
- Coordinating with lenders team to ensure NIL customer slippage.
- Creation of sustainable customer base for referral of new customers.
- Daily followup with team for driving the business numbers
- Regular MIS to the Senior Management
Job Types:

₹11, ₹25,000.16 per month
