Description
Responsible for managing a team of 10-15 business development executives

  • Responsible for achievement of business targets by the team in the allotted territory as per prescribed criteria
  • Responsible for sourcing customers (Retailers, Traders, Showrooms, etc.) for business loans
  • Ensure collection of necessary documentation from customers for loan processing, performing necessary background & market checks, maintaining relationship with customers
  • Coordinating with lenders team to ensure NIL customer slippage.
  • Creation of sustainable customer base for referral of new customers.
  • Daily followup with team for driving the business numbers
  • Regular MIS to the Senior Management

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹11, ₹25,000.16 per month
