Site Supervisor for Interior Designer
- Direct and supervise day to day operations of subcontractors ensuring appliance of common operational procedures.
- Supervise and evaluate staff; complete employee reviews; keep accurate records of employee attendance and time sheets; provide positive direction to motivate quality performance; discipline personnel when necessary and appropriate
- Set project goals and oversee projects to completion; schedule and track assignments
- Communicate with customers regarding products and services
- Ensure all work is completed to the program.
- Create and maintain good relations with clients, design teams
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an Interior firm.
- Able to understand Autocad, civil, plumbing and electrical drawings provided by the Designer.
- Able to handle labourers and ensuring work is going in a smooth manner.
- Cross checking all the measurements at site and ensuring the billing is accurate as provided by the Vendor.
