Key Responsibilities:

• Required experience minimum 36 years in Manual testing
• Commercial Lending experience is mandatory
• Experience in AFS, LoanIQ Application Testing is a must.
• Experience in test planning, test strategy, estimation, scheduling and closure.
• Extensive experience in test design and execution.
• Experience in defect logging, management and tracking.
• Indepth knowledge of SDLC and STLC phases and testing methodologies, processes
• Expertise in designing, writing and executing the test cases and decision tables.
• Should have experience in leading the team.
• Ability to interact with clients and manage client expectations
• Should possess good coordination, interpersonal communication and thoughtleadership skills
• Strong background in manual testing, with the ability to plan, design, and execute test cases
• Strong and professional work ethics and time management skills to deliver results and meet challenging deadlines
• Proactiveness and ability to work independently and within a team
• Ability to take ownership to identify and resolve issues, towards successful conclusions
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Good analytical reasoning.
