    SAP S/4 HANA ABAP

    (ABAP Developer)

    7-10 years

    Mumbai

    What's this role about?

    7 to 10 years of SAP ECC and S/4 HANA experience in implementation, support and rollout projects in areas of ABAP Development with 2+ years expertise in Object Oriented Programming. Experience with SAP Fiori is also mandatory. Deep understanding of Business Process Knowledge, understanding of Project implementation methodologies and ITIL processes.

    Experience in SAP Business Process Design & Implement as well as Support areas including SLAs management Cause Analysis.

    Contribute to competency and Coordinate with technical team on custom objects Interacting with customers understanding the requirements proposing solutions, methodology etc.

    Here's how you'll contribute:

    As SAP ABAP+Fiori Consultant at Zensar you will take end-to-end ownership of ABAP development deliverables and provide valuable expertise. Well acquainted with SAP Methodology and experienced in all stages and types of projects.

    • Managing and owning all aspects of technical development and delivery
    • Understanding Functional Specification and writing Technical Specification documents
    • Should be an individual Contributor and capable of playing client facing lead role
    • Estimation of efforts, identifying risks, and providing technical support whenever needed
    • Demonstrating the ability to multitask and re-prioritizing responsibilities based on dynamic requirements
    • Experience in developing objects in SAP modules like FICO, MM, SD, PP and PM.
    • Leading and mentoring small-sized teams
    • SAP Certification and/or domain experience will be added advantage

    SAP Skills required to contribute:

    • 7-10 years of SAP ABAP experience with at least 4 years in S/4HANA coding with CDS views, ODATA and minimum 2 years experience of working with custom Fiori developments
    • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori and SAP UI 5, SAP Cloud Platform
    • Experience with analysis tools like Run time analysis, SQL Trace, code inspector and SAP ABAP Test Cockpit to check the quality of the ABAP code and optimize for SAP HANA.
    • Should have the remediation experience to correct the programs as per the new versions.
    • Experience in correcting customer exit changes after upgrade/migration of SAP ECC on HANA.
    • ABAP code pushdown and Data modelling to SQL for ECC Suite on HANA, CDS views and AMDP
    • Other languages: Java script, RAP, HTML, CSS.
    • Thorough Relational Database & SQL knowledge
    • Working knowledge on cross applications like ALE/ IDOCS.
    • Exposure to Workflow, E-portal or any new dimension products would be an added advantage
    • Experience in ALE iDoc configuration and issue fixing post migration
    • Strong experience in building ABAP CDS objects (Core Data Services).
    • Strong experience with ABAP Development Tool Kit using HANA studio or Eclipse
    • Strong exposure with Open and Native SQL performance rules with best practices to optimize the code for SAP HANA.
    • Experience in creating and debugging SAP HANA models, stored procedures.
    • Experience in consuming SAP HANA models using Native SQL and ADBC.
    • Good experience in SAP HANA Fuzzy search and usage in ABAP.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skill
    • Must be proactive, self-directed, detailed, and organized.
    • Must be able to learn quickly and get the job done in a high visibility, high stress situation
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
