We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our team at Alfa-Omega India as an Export Documentation Executive. As a leading export house, we specialise in trade of auto spare parts, commodities and road construction equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, shipping instructions, and other related documents.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and documentation standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams, shipping agencies, and freight forwarders to ensure timely and accurate document processing.
- Maintain records of all exportrelated documentation in an organized manner.
- Liaise with customs authorities and relevant agencies for necessary permits, licenses, and clearances.
- Stay updated with changes in export regulations and documentation requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong knowledge of export documentation procedures, international trade regulations, and INCO terms.
- Proficient in using exportrelated software and tools (e.g., Export Management Systems, customs software).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple shipments concurrently.
- Effective communication and coordination skills to work with crossfunctional teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to changing export regulations and prioritize tasks accordingly.
