Position Overview

  • Responsibilities:
  • Plan content calendar for targeted industries and regions
  • Write and edit blog articles and web pages for different industries and verticals.
  • Devise content repurposing and distribution strategy
  • Research and understand the goals of our customers to align the content accordingly.
  • Proofread, structured, and edit articles/content as necessary, and filled knowledge gaps.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Work with designers to bring out highquality infographics.
  • Must be adept at using WordPress.
  • Qualifications:
  • Masters in Literature/Journalism.
  • 4+ years of experience working in a CRM/SaaS firm
  • Basic knowledge of SEO.
  • Excels in written communication. Must have command over the English language, which is essential to execute said responsibilities.
  • Proven work experience as a content editor or similar role.
