Senior Workday Absence and Time Tracking Specialist

Role Overview:

Manage the setup, deployment, and upkeep of Workday Absence and Time Tracking components.
Work closely with HR and Payroll departments to guarantee precise and efficient handling of time-related tasks.
Configure absence schemes, time-off directives, and accrual regulations following organizational guidelines.
Offer guidance and assistance to users on system features, problem resolution, and troubleshooting.
Produce and sustain reports and panels to monitor and assess absence and time tracking records.
Lead examination procedures for system updates, improvements, and integrations concerning absence and time tracking.
Keep up-to-date with sector trends and supreme practices in absence management and time tracking.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a similar field.
More than 5 years of expertise in HRIS management, concentrating on Workday Absence and Time Tracking components.
Proficient in the technical aspects of setting up and preserving Workday components.
Comprehensive understanding of absence administration and time tracking procedures and regulations.
Outstanding analytical, issue-solving, and communication proficiencies.
Ability to work in harmony with multifunctional groups and interested parties.
