As a Guest Service Associate at INOX, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional cinema experience for our patrons.

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment for moviegoers. This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing top-notch service.


Key Responsibilities:


Customer Interaction:

Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their inquiries, providing information, and ensuring a positive experience.


Ticketing and Reservations:
Handle ticket sales, reservations, and assist guests with any ticketing-related concerns.


Concession Stand Operations:
Assist in concession stand activities, including taking orders, serving snacks, and maintaining cleanliness in the concession area.


Problem Resolution:
Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


Collaboration:
Work closely with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of cinema services.


Uphold Company Standards:
Adhere to INOX policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of service and professionalism.


Qualifications:


  • Graduation or a degree in Hotel Management is preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage.

Skills and Attributes:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customerfocused with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Basic computer skills for ticketing and pointofsale transactions.

Pay:
Up to ₹17,000.00 per month


Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:
