Oversee the daily operations of the school, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all departments.
Lead and manage a team of teachers, administrators, and staff, promoting professional development and fostering a collaborative environment.
Implement and monitor curriculum development and assessment practices, ensuring alignment with educational standards and best practices.
Create and maintain a positive and inclusive school culture, where all students feel valued and respected.
Build strong relationships with parents, the community, and stakeholders.
Manage the school budget effectively and allocate resources strategically.
Represent the school at public events and functions.
Stay current with educational trends and innovations, implementing effective practices to enhance student learning.
Proven track record of success in leading and implementing educational initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to build trust and rapport with students, staff, parents, and the community.
Commitment to equity and inclusion in education.
Computer proficiency in relevant educational software and technologies.

Master's degree in Education or a related field is required. Bachelor's degree with B.Ed. is

mandatory.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within a school setting, preferably as a Principal or Assistant Principal.

Pay:
₹100, ₹125,000.00 per month
