Purpose:
SSA is responsible for connecting with potential students for generating maximum footfalls in the centers.


Performance Metrics:

  • Completing daily target of calls (minimum 200 inbound & outbound)
  • Handling Telephonic enquiries and converting them into walk ins
  • Follow up in optimum TAT

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling enquiries and converting them to admissions
  • Assist in Visa Application
  • Achievement of the individual and center target.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
  • Local language skills preferred but not mandatory
  • Clear diction and clarity in speech
  • MS Excel basic knowledge
  • Should be a team player

Job Type:
Permanent


Pay:
Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
