Role and responsibilities:
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify customer pain points and opportunities for product innovation.
- Work closely with the sales teams to gather and analyse customer feedback.
- Translate customer needs into actionable product requirements and roadmaps.
- Assist in the creation of user stories, wireframes, and other product documentation.
- Collaborate with the development team to prioritise features and ensure smooth execution.
- Track product performance metrics and analyse data to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay uptodate on the latest CRM trends and technologies.
Skill set expectations:
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
