Description

As a Sales Representative at our CA firm, your main responsibility will be to drive revenue growth by promoting and selling our CA services to potential clients within the market.

The CA Services Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for the organization's CA (Chartered Accountant) services.

They will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, building strong relationships, and effectively promoting the organization's CA services.

The Sales Executive will work closely with the sales team and other stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies and achieve sales targets.


Responsibilities:


Cold Calling:

Prospect and identify potential clients by researching relevant industries and markets. Initiate outbound cold calls to decision-makers and key stakeholders. Introduce our company's products/services and articulate value propositions effectively. Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and assess their potential for collaboration.


Client Meetings:

Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential clients to present our offerings. Conduct thorough research on clients' business needs, pain points, and objectives. Prepare customized presentations and sales materials tailored to each client's requirements.


Relationship Building:

Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with potential clients to foster long-term partnerships. Understand clients' evolving needs and provide timely solutions and recommendations. Maintain regular follow-ups to stay engaged and keep clients informed about relevant updates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.


Market Intelligence:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics. Gather insights from client interactions to contribute to product/service enhancements. Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and competitive positioning.


Sales Reporting:

Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in cold calling, preferably in the professional services industry, with a basic accounting knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and CA services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Resultoriented with a strong drive for achieving sales success.
  • Selfmotivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
