Graphic Designer Intern

Job Summary:


As a Graphic Designer Intern at Raydito HR Services, you will be an integral part of our creative team, contributing to the visual identity and branding of our staffing solutions.

This 3-month internship offers a competitive compensation package ranging between 2,500 and 5,000 per month, with the opportunity for additional incentives based on exceptional performance.

Your creative contributions and dedication to maintaining a strong brand presence will be highly valued. Exceptional interns may also have the opportunity to extend their internship based on their performance.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to produce visually engaging and effective design materials, including digital and print media, for our staffing and recruitment initiatives.
  • Develop and execute innovative design concepts that align with our branding guidelines and resonate with our target audience within the staffing industry.
  • Assist in the creation of multimedia content, such as infographics and presentations, to support our marketing campaigns and recruitment efforts.
  • Ensure the consistency and quality of all design outputs, contributing to a strong and cohesive visual identity for our staffing firm.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends and best practices in the staffing industry to continuously enhance our creative deliverables.

Requirements:


  • Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, with the ability to effectively translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and efficiently manage multiple design projects within established timelines.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude, coupled with a passion for creating impactful visual content in the staffing industry.
