SQL CRMManager

Role Overview:

This position will be responsible to manage the CRM system, leveraging SQL for data management and analysis.

The major work entails
- database management,
- data analysis,
- system integration,
- customization and configuration,
- user training and support,
- data governance and compliance,
- and continuous improvement to optimize the CRM system's impact on customer relationship management.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to,

Database Management:

• Maintain and manage the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security.
• Create and update customer records and manage data access controls.

Data Analysis:

• Utilize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyse CRM data.
• Generate reports and insights into customer behaviour, preferences, and buying patterns.

System Integration:

• Ensure seamless data flow and enhanced customer data analysis.

Customization and Configuration:

• Customize and configure the CRM system to meet the organization's needs.
• Set up custom fields, workflows, and automation rules to streamline processes.

User Training and Support:

• Provide training sessions and support to CRM users within the organization.
• Create user documentation and guides.
• Address user queries and issues related to CRM functionality, data management, and reporting.

Data Governance and Compliance:

• Ensure the CRM system and data management practices comply with relevant data protection and privacy regulations.
• Implement data governance policies and maintain data integrity and security.

Continuous Improvement:

• Proactively identify areas for improvement in CRM processes, data quality, or system functionality.
• Propose and implement enhancements, conduct A/B testing, and monitor key performance indicators.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 810 years of proven experience in SQL for data management and analysis
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems) or equivalent work experience.
• Previous experience managing CRM systems.
• Familiarity with database management and system integration concepts.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in crossfunctional teams.
