    Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive - Gamenation

    Job Description : Performance Marketing Executive

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to join our marketing team in Gamenation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the company's digital marketing efforts, with a primary focus on Google Ads, Meta Ads (formerly Facebook Ads), retention marketing, and funnel optimization in the ecommerce space. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maximising ROI, increasing customer acquisition and retention, and optimising the online sales funnel.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.
    • Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, shopping, and remarketing campaigns, to achieve performance targets.
    • Plan, implement, and optimise Meta Ads campaigns across various platforms to maximise reach, engagement, and conversions.
    • Lead retention marketing initiatives, including email marketing campaigns, whatsapp marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, and customer segmentation strategies, to enhance customer lifetime value.
    • Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to optimise marketing campaigns, improve conversion rates, and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and analytics, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals and objectives.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track campaign performance, and provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing and ecommerce to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing, preferably in the ecommerce industry
    • Proficiency in managing Google Ads campaigns, including Google Ads certification.
    • Experience in planning, implementing, and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns across various platforms.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making and performance analysis.
    • Familiarity with retention marketing strategies, including email marketing, CRM systems, and customer segmentation.
    • Solid understanding of ecommerce sales funnels and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving measurable business outcomes.
