Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Present and demonstrate products and services to potential clients, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and aftersales support.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Prepare and submit timely sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Selfmotivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
- Good understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Knowledge of multiple products and services.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- _Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field._
- _Experience in selling products and services in the local Surat market._
Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
