Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and market trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Present and demonstrate products and services to potential clients, highlighting their features and benefits.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and aftersales support.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
• Prepare and submit timely sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in a similar role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Selfmotivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
• Good understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.
• Knowledge of multiple products and services.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

- _Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field._
- _Experience in selling products and services in the local Surat market._


Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
