    GAO Tek is seeking Experienced HR Managers to join our team in a part-time work-from-home capacity. If you have a passion for HR and 4 - 5 years of experience in HR management, we want to hear from you

    Key Responsibilities:

    Oversee the recruitment and hiring process.

    Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

    Conduct employee onboarding and orientation.

    Manage employee relations and address HR-related issues.

    Administer employee benefits and payroll.

    Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

    Proven track record of 4 - 5 years in HR management.

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.

    Ability to work independently and remotely.
