    Job Description:

    Adecco Group is looking for an Assistant Manager to serve as the Warehouse Incharge for their Chennai Avadi location. The role involves planning and releasing materials, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring on-time delivery. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for evaluating inventory regularly, coordinating with teams, and managing loading and unloading of materials. Additionally, they will oversee transportation monitoring, manpower allocation, inventory management, and physical verification of inventory.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Plan and release materials, ensuring timely coordination with other departments.

    Evaluate and manage inventory regularly to maintain accurate records.

    Coordinate with teams to ensure on-time delivery of materials.

    Monitor transportation and allocate manpower for dispatch and packaging areas.

    Coordinate company staff to complete work on time.

    Maintain records of consignments and contact information.

    Conduct regular physical verification of inventory.

    Must be proficient in MS-Office (Excel).

    Preferred Candidate Profile:

    Area Manager with good coordination skills.

    Proficient in Warehouse Management and Logistics Management.

    Experienced in loading and unloading of materials.

    Willingness to relocate to different areas (PAN India).

    Proficient in Hindi, English, and the local language.
