Job Overview:

Responsibilities:


Outbound Calling:

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers in both English and Hindi.
  • Present products/services persuasively, emphasizing key benefits.

Lead Generation:

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive calling efforts.
  • Gather and record accurate lead information for followup.

Product/Service Knowledge:

  • Acquire indepth knowledge of our products/services to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Communicate product features and benefits in both languages.

Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
  • Address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

Sales Targets:

  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets through successful telemarketing efforts.
  • Document and report sales progress regularly.

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate customer information in the database.
  • Record call details, including outcomes and followup actions.

Feedback and Improvement:

  • Provide feedback to the sales team and management for continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and customer preferences.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or telemarketing training is a plus.
  • Proven experience in telemarketing with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluent in both English and Hindi, with excellent verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and telemarketing tools.
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated.
